Installation Instructions:
Your new hood panels come to you with a protective liner that you will remove after installation. This will help produce a nice clean install.
1. Temporarily remove the two wheel wells from the hood and the two wire harnesses and grommets from the inner side wall of the main hood insert section. You will notice a small notch in the hood casting directly at the top center of the main hood insert area. This notch will have to be shaved down flush to the hood. The fastest and easiest way to accomplish this task is to grind it flush using a common cut off wheel which can be found at any auto body supply or auto parts store. Doing this is necessary in order to create adequate clearance for your new panel.
2. Clean all eight insert areas with soap and water to remove all road grime and dirt. Then scrub the entire areas vigorously with household rubbing alcohol until completely cleaned. Once this is done swipe the 1” fiberglass casting that surrounds all eight areas with the adhesive promoter provided.
3. Before you begin permanent placement of the panels it will be necessary to pre-fit each panel to check the fit and to shape the panels by hand so that they will sit in the insert areas nice and contoured to the shape of the hood without forcing them. Simply shape each panel by hand until the right shape is achieved.
4. Now that all preparations have been made you may begin permanent installation. Your new panel inserts are designed to adhere directly to the factory fiberglass hood. Each panel has been made with a super attachment tape placed around the perimeter. This tape is designed to hold each panel in place long enough to allow the silicone to set and it is NOT designed to hold the panels in place permanently! Each panel has been marked with X’s to indicate where to place large blobs of 100% clear household silicone. Once the silicone has been placed remove the release liner from the panel and carefully set it in place. Press firmly around the perimeter to set the tape. Repeat this procedure with the rest of your seven remaining panels.
5. Once all the panels are installed leave the hood in the open position for 24 hours to allow the silicone to dry. Remove the protective liner.
6. Replace the wheel wells and reattach the wire harness and grommets. Thank you and enjoy your purchase!

All returns require Pre-Authorization before refunds, exchanges or credits will be processed.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from order date, with approval only. A standard 15% restock fee will be deducted from refund amount.
The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges incurred in the process of placing the order and returning any part of the order. Returned packages must be sent prepaid, COD packages will be refused and returned at customer's expense. It is recommended that all returns be insured and shipped with a carrier providing a method of tracking in the event the shipment is lost or damaged.
